James of Tokyo-Tokyo SM Marilao

I am Luisa Garcia, a mother of two children. Last April 1, 2008, I went shopping and buying groceries at SM Marilao with my 8-month old daughter. The Mall was full of people and I had a hard time because my husband was not with me. I was carrying my daughter or rather strapped with me. Well anyway, i decided to eat at Tokyo-Tokyo SM Marilao and there was this Service Crew, James, (whos name in his nameplate appears as "Jimson", good thing he corrected me.) who ever so politely greeted me and assisted me as I entered their store. He assisted me with by carrying my tray and my groceries for me and when he had served the food on my table, did'nt wait to be asked for a high chair, graciously providing me with one and seating my daughter in it. He even fetched me my condiments which I forgot and offered me a glass of water while I was waiting for my food. I was truly thankful for a crew like him. I offered him a twenty peso tip which he politely declined, saying that it was his job to assist me all the way on my visit in their store. I am wrote this review to commend him in the Tokyo-Tokyo Company. That, I think, is the least I could do for him. Thank you, James. And thank you, Tokyo-Tokyo SM Marilao. You are very good in tarining your crews. I hope many oither Service Crews would follow in his steps and provide Quality Service.
