It is almost impossible to miss the pristine blue-and-white church along Pulau Tikus. One could be forgiven to mistake this quaint chapel has the look of an English picture postcard. It may not have a glorified history like its other compatriots scattered on the island, but it is a matriarch in its own right, providing a listening ear and model for the convent and its young inhabitants next door.
