This first modern-era golf course in Penang was designed by Robert Trent, Jr. and opened in 1982. The fairways of the undulating course sewn with ordinary local grass, but the greens are made of Bermuda Tiff Dwarf. This prestigious Par 72, 6,227-yard buggy course also includes facilities such as a driving range, gym, swimming pool, pro shop, six tennis courts and two squash courts. The Karaoke lounge, Sukothai restaurant and function rooms offer pre- and post-activity spots for relaxing.
