Elegant, timeless and sophisticated, there is a certain prestige about owning that trademark, turquoise Tiffany box. Since it was established in 1886, this international accessory store has never disappointed in terms of design, style and quality. From a diamond-studded brooch to a quartz gold watch, you are guaranteed complete satisfaction. Although some pieces hover around the MYR10,000 mark, there are also more affordable ones, such as the classic one-stud 1.5-carat diamond platinum chain.
I love Tiffany & Co. because i went there and i was trying to get my first Tiffany and they were helpful on helping get something they told me to get things that will stay in trend for years so i was very happy and not surprised at all thats why i get all my gifts from there know. i dont know how i would survive with out Tiffany & Co.
called to check price on a few items. Sales person over the phone new prices over her finger tips without needing to even check a price list, so I got what I wanted over the phone in less than 1 minute. Good Service!
When i first went there i was greeted with a warm smile from the customer service rep by the name of Sue. She is very friendly and entertained every single question that i had, bearing in mind this was my first time purchasing jewellery from tiffany's. not only was the in store service exceptionally good, the after sales service was also very good as she was ever willing to spend some time on the phone with me regarding my queries. if you want to feel welcome in tiffamny's i suggest u go to pavillion and ask for Sue. if her bosses are reading this i think she deserves a promotion for a job well done. this is an example of good customer service.
i cant imagine what kind of people they employ in Tiffany. Absolutely no standard. I stood there browsing the rings and non of them greet me nor served me. The staff there should bear in mind that they are just workers and they should serve everyone equally.
When some young couple went into a jewelry shop like tiffany, it is your (the staff) opportunity to build good repo because:
1) They are new at this and innocently gaining knowledge
2) They will most likely work hard, earn money and turn into millionaires and become loyal customers. hence hefty commisions for you (long run investment)
3) Or their parents are millionaires (short run investment).
the list goes on & on... unfortunately tiffany @ klcc missed out on this. and reading & listen to all other reprimanding posts by others i suggest they employ new staff. Dont go there ppl unless you really wanna teach those sales ppl a lesson....
I went to the KLCC boutique to resize engagement ring recently but the salesperson gave me the wrong information, and I ended up with a ring in the wrong fit.
Her colleagues weren't very helpful either, and did not offer to resolve my problem in an amicable manner. I also noticed the manager was nowhere to be seen.. either that or s/he did not come forward to introduce him/herself.
In all, I had a very bad experience with the store personnel and would not recommend anyone to shop there.
I went to KLCC T&C to choose my fren wedding present...i was standing there to look around for 5min but no one come to serve, there is long hair chinese girl serving foreigner wit very fluence english and good manner.
after few mins still no one entertain me,and the chinese lady come to serve me after the foreigner left, she 180degrees turn her manner toward me,seem like not very helpful and chicken eyes...it makes me will nvr buy tiffany &co in future...very bad experience...
I totally agree with the previous review. I have been to Tiffany in many places from UK to US and it is embarrassing as Malaysian to find that Malaysia has the worst service. The long hair short Chinese woman definitely has an attitude problem. She completely ignores Malaysians even though they were there before the foreigners and is generally quite rude. If she is reading this now, I would say this to her - "providing service will not earn you a living in the long run. You are not good with people, your soft skills are shockingly bad as a representative of Tiffany & Co." I will never return to the KLCC branch again. Also, the KLCC branch manager should know how to better manage staff in handling fast customer flow during peak hours.
