Mydin Wholesale Emporium, Kuala Lumpur

i found the staff was very rude and did nothing when asked if they have something in a different size We have just come back from there 2nd june10 it is very hot there no aircons what a joke, i did love the shopping there as it was very cheap from handbags to clothing and suitcases so cheap. i did find there was no shopping trolleys just basket which dont hold much at all we brought a suitcase and filled that with all our shopping as i have 5 children and i fully maintained there needs from makeup to bags to shoes and clothing saved on heaps. i would reccomend go there first for what u need then go to china town and other shops last

I will not shop in Mydin again because their products (though cheaper) are equally of low quality. The worst is defect items has no guarantee and non-refundable!

i think that mydin is super.actually the workers are not rude at all.ig they are rude then why still a lot of malaysians shop there?i saw with my own eyes how malaysian especially malays treat this foreign workers.eventhough we are customer,we must respect others too,in working place of course they are in the tense mood.besides leaving families and working in such a busy could be the worse thing ever and we must understand that.the foods are damn cheap and i thank god for having mydin for everybody.

Staff (Promoter at the children's dept - O' Dear brand was very rude. went to the customer service dept to complaint abt the staff. However, it fell to deaf ears - Customer Service Manager(doesn't seem like one) was sitting and only listening to the staff. Both of them does not deserve to work there as they are not customer oriented at all.

1. staff was rude, there r not helpful exspecially the the security there. 2. everytime my family bought sometings there, the min we left the building the alarm went off, like we stole some things from there. is really embarasing. If the company really want to proffesional, do it properly. 3.Anytimes if u go there the staff is not doing their job instated talking among their self. if u ask them something, they just poin at u sometimes u dont know where they point also. 4. very poor customer service. 5.The staffs need some training. 30/5/2008

I love shopping here as it is so cheap and I get the things that I am looking for especially the muslim goods.The Masjid India shop has become my second home in KL

Many years ago, I dropped by a Mydin in Kuala Lumpur on a very tight budget & got exactly what I needed at a price I could afford....... I remember "poor service & poor ventilation" though such matters would not warrant any serious complaint then. Mydin Subang has come a long way. Very much "Mydin" flavour but customer service was sterling. Prices just as attractive and the atmosphere definately very comfortable. I even took home a Meriah Card. Keep it up Mydin!

I would like to know details on MyMart progress? As what I know today, Mydin are planning to franchise it to Bumiputera. Actually I'm interested to be part of franchise program. Could you update me on the details and planning for the MyMart. Your kind respond on this matter is highly appreciated.
