MPH Bookstore, Kuala Lumpur

Today (28th November 2011, Monday) I asked one of my colleagues to help me to buy The Edge newspaper in MPH bookstore at Senai Airport. However, he came back with the newspaper dated 21st November - 27th November without aware. This cause me the trouble, time, and petrol having to travel the second time to exchagne the up-to-date newspaper, In my opinion, the bookstore should not put old newspaper on the shelves for customers to buy. Instead, the old newspaper should be put in seperate place. It seems to me that someone has not done his/her job properly.

MPH bookstore is indeed a wonderful place to be,especially for the ones who love and enjoy being around books most of the time. Besides,MPH's atmosphere is totally comforting..However there is a problem that never fails to make me irate whenever i visit the store.It is the customer service. It's not good enough because the fellow workers are not always very obliging and friendly towards the customers going up to them to ask for assistance. I agree with the previous comments about the bookstore regarding their customer service and would like to call upon the management to ensure that the workers working in the store to improve their services towards their fellow customers. I may not need assistance each time i go to MPH to search for a particular item that i want,but i've seen the way they "obliged" me when i asked for their help in my search. and eventhough i am not the kind to complain about services,I knew it wasn't very satisfactory to anyone going through the same experience i did. Their workers may try and be more friendly and obliging whenever fellow customers walk up to them to request for assistance whenever they face difficulties trying to search for the things or items that they want.They can walk them to the particular shelves and help the customers look for the wanted items.Anyway,the computers are always there to assist in the "hunt",right? What's most important is for the MPH management to project a good image that's unforgettable to every customer that visits the store,not more and not less. It's that easy.if customers are satisfied with the services offered by a particular business outlet,there won't be problems for others to say good things about it and this would also ensure the growing stability of the business itself. After all,"fellow customers are always right",aren't they..to quote.
