Saisaki Japanese Buffet Restaurant

I used to look forward to a Japanese buffet meal in Saisaki every now and then but the last two experiences left me with food poisoning! First time i thought it was because of my sensitive stomach but the next time round I was not the only person to have diarrhea. Two of my other friends who were with me also were purging terribly! Other friends who have gone there also suffered from bad cases of diarrhea. I think the hygiene in that restaurant is really bad. So please go to Shogun- it's sister restaurant in 1-Utama/Sunway Pyramid or any other japanese buffet restaurant just not there.. it will be an experience you will never forget!

The food and service for this restaurant is excellent. Their staffs provide a good service not like what other people complaining. They make sure all the plates been taken away after you finish and also keep refilling our drink throughout the time. For sure to go back everytime i'm going back to K.L.

Yesterday oct 28 2008 at 3:20pm .when my friend and I visit the saisaki reto at SM mega and we decide to have a snack at saisaki reto that offer a buffet, we're setting in table 11.i tried some food and some soimai, but as i bite half of it i saw a black thing i thought it was a hair, but as I closed up is a wing of an insect.so i bring it to the supervisor on duty, and she said sorry sir and now our cook check on it.then we just decide to pay the bills and go. reciept # 173741 table# 11

There was a girl who picked up my call. She sounded so rude when i started to ask about the package for buffet. And she kept reminded me that she will hold my reservation till 7pm. It seems like she can't wait to put down the phone. I really hope to get a better service next time. Recommended to send the staff to a customer service course so that they will know how to serve us well. The price is slighty expensive, for dinner is around RM67nett and for lunch is RM56nett. Hope i deserve what i pay..

The sashimi was just fantastic...Excellent variaties. Just can't get enough of the offerings! For the price that buffet is asking, I think it is value for money, even though there may be other restaurants otu there who could rival them.

it's a lot of dishes n varieties, dishes included sushi, stir fried dish on your choice (immediately), noodles, soups, desserts, hot or cold drinks also some hot Chinese dishes available. it's a fare price approx. RM65 pp. if you go to weekend reservation need. it's a great atmosphere n friendly customer services. we're enjoyed our dinner n will go back again :)

amazing quality buffet style food with fast service. can get a little noisy with lots of people in restaurant. well worth the time. need to book to secure a table or you may have to wait for up to 1/2hr. parking is easy. enjoy!!!!!!!

what i like is that not only it offers raw dishes , it also has these delicious cooked ones. A bit on the grilled oyster being offered as complimentary, why not have the customer preference - grilled or fresh? Personally i prefer fresh oyster!

the place is generally ok, the variety of food (selections) are for you to enjoy. i will definitely go back to this place. i will tell it to my friends to visit this restaurant.

Food is tasty,too many choices and i almost miss in the food.The service is normal but not like the comment above it terrible!They are spy from other restaurant is that??!But the booking system should be improve!Thx..(^.^)
