Great place for business lunch...great combination of starters or appetizers, loads of salad, pasta & pizza lunch menu options. A cozy environment & great place for events or private function. Excellent!! Thinking of having a birthday dinner party there soon...

The food is fantastic. I often go there for relaxing environment and the staff are just really friendly and nice. I'm amaze how they could actually still remember me during my second visit. The food may looks a bit limited creation. However, the chefs are great cook. I would highly recommend it for friends and first time visitors to try their lunch buffet, dinner and even consider having to organise private functions at their premise.

Been there for lunch AND dinner. They have a set lunch which includes a wide range of Italian appetizers on the buffet, a main course, dessert and coffee. Lunch is really popular because every time i go, it's packed!Real value for money given the quality of the food. I don't understand why the others are complaining about the price because i compared Ciao's prices to other fine dining restaurants that I've been to and find it very very reasonable. Dinner is nice because the ambience changes to a warm & romantic place with candlelights everywhere. Pretty good wine selection and I met the Italian chef-owner there. He's very friendly and down-to-earth. My friend also had a garden wedding in Ciao and it was so, so lovely! Absolutely sweet! The Ciao team did a great job for the wedding.

The price is extremely and terribly steep here and the menu is limited as far as you can throw the manager. However the service is top-grade and their smiles are empowering to continue with our dinner.

The foods are so expensive compared to Chinese foods, especially the Duck. If you want to try cheaper Mix Grill Seafood, better go to Ranger Restaurant at Taman Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras.
