Salsa Sudada, Tokyo

This place is always busy at the weekend. Lots of Cuban dancers, and pretty good music - lots of merengue though. Staff are quite friendly, and everyone is relaxed and up for a fun time. Downsides are the small dancefloor, the small amount of space you have for dancing at the weekend, and the people who bump into you all the time.. Depending on my mood, I can have a great time here, and other times it is just too sweaty and packed for proper dancing.

Well organised, fun establishment with super friendly staff. Great for a night out in Roppongi. Mojitos and Margaritas rock, and the DJ plays a great selection of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and reggeaton to suit all tastes. Can get hot, due to all the dancing, hence the name Salsa Sweat!

Spent 6 yrs in Japan and this was my favorite club to go dancing Salsa. The best Salsa dancers in Japan go there, lots of Cuban dancers that have some of the best steps and since they are there so are the female partners to dance with. Great atmosphere, very respectful and great music. A little crowded at times but always fun and the service was great. Never saw a fight in the club. Haven't been there since 2003 but if they haven't changed than Salsa Sudada is the place to go if you want to Dance salsa in Japan.
