It's the music

The food and wine are not outstanding. They are simply as good as you can find in any of Tokyo's many Spanish restaurants, which is to say very, very tasty. However, as good as the fare is the attraction is the show, which is invariably outstanding. The artistes are selected from Spain's best. The audience has always been enthusiastic and knowledgable every time I've been. The interplay between performers and audience is exquisite. At one performance, the lead dancer brought out his young children to dance for an encore. It isn't a gypsy camp, but it is satisfyingly close.
