This is arguably the city's best Vietnamese restaurant. It is housed in a 19th century mansion that once hosted great Chinese leaders such as Ling Biao. Dine alfresco on the stunning patio when the weather permits. The menu features upscale Vietnamese cuisine. The Flaming Beef Tenderloin in Rose Wine makes an impressive entree. Also recommended is the Grilled Eggplant with Scallion Oil and Soy Sauce. For dessert, finish with French-style Fried Banana and Ice Cream.
