Get a window seat for views of bustling Huaihai Road. Hot pot is basically a communal pot of soup heated over a gas fire. Raw meats, vegetables and herbs are thrown into the boiling broth to slowly cook while you socialize with friends. Choose from a variety of broths but be advised that the spicy Sichuan is only for the seasoned professional fire-eater.
