Great views, awful food
The restaurant is beautiful and the views are stunning. Service is pretty good and the prices are reasonable, considering the location. Unfortunately, that's where the compliments end. We ate at this restaurant at the end of our grand 10-city independent tour of China, and can testify that the food was the most awful of all the meals we had on the trip. And it's not that we ordered any difficult dishes - we stuck to fried rice, stir-fried eggplant and sweet and sour pork. Every Chinese chef should be able to cook these basic staples. Unfortunately, all three dishes were absolutely terrible. Tasteless preparation and ingredients that were definitely not fresh. Steer clear until they replace the entire kitchen staff...
