Description
The ancient Buddhist pagodas at Yinshan 30km outside of Changping District in the Silver Mountains, tucked into forest dating from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The oldest of the pagodas dates from the Jin Dynasty (1123-35) and are masterpieces of Chinese historical architecture. The area also includes some interesting caves and very remote hiking.
