This unassuming little restaurant is a little slice of America in the heart of Phnom Penh. Hamburgers and hot dogs are presented with ketchup and squeeze bottles of mustard. The service is friendly and the air-conditioned comfort is a welcome relief from the heat of the capital. Bottomless coffee, free tea and a television set to CNN complete the diner atmosphere.
