POOR POOR SERVICE

Diep River Branch - I went to this store 4 months ago. No trolleys and no baskets. Stood/walked around store looking for one. Requested one from staff members. I went again on Saturday 24 November. No trolleys and no baskets. Requested one from staff. On both occasions I was told:-
. If no baskets or trolleys are outside, there are none available.
Furthermore, I forgot my jersey at the store in the trolley previously. I then phoned the store and asked them to keep it. I left my contact details with the lady. I also told her that I did not know when I would be able to fetch the jersey. Do not worry, we will keep it for you, I was told. On 24th November I requested my jersey and guess what - NO JERSEY - I must admit this was not a shock to me. I could not fetch the jersey earlier as I do not have transport.
