La Trinita is Italian for The Trinity, but this is not a religious reference. Instead the name is derived from the three influences that fuse together to create the menu - La Bologna, Napoli and Perugia. You would be correct in thinking the meal a heavenly experience. The pizzas are especially good.

And having La La (the chef) come and sit with you while she describes each decandent dish was an absolute treat. The cherry on top of course is that the food is divine! You can live off her meals:-)
