Red Bowl Asian Bistro, Charlotte

I really like this place. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and quick. The food is very tasty and the menu offers a variety of Asian cuisines. If you like sushi, you'll love, Chef Kenny. He is very artistic and gracious to help you understand if you are a beginner. I find myself going more and more often just for the sushi. My menu favorites are the eggroll (it's always perfect), the Herbal Thai Calamari, the Lemon Sprimp or Scallops and of course, for dessert, the Banana Spring Roll with either Red Bean or Green Tea ice cream. I would give it 5 stars, but I like a quiet restaurant and until I find one that doesn't allow me to hear others conversations, I'll refrain from the 5 stars.
