Description

The busiest of the beaches on the Golden Mile, North Beach, has beautiful sand and breakwaters, with lifeguards on watch every day. The wide promenade runs along the beach and between the promenade and the Marine Parade and Snell beachfront roads, are a plethora of family entertainments, pools, fun-fair type attractions, restaurants, and various booths and shops. An ideal place to spend the day with a family, with a host of things to keep everyone occupied.

Great Waves

I personally like watching my boyfriend bodyboard and once in a while part-take in the action. The thing i dislike is when people that know they cant swim get in peoples way when they bopping in the water. Otherwise great atmosphere, jus gotta keep ur belongings close by

Wonderful

An excellent place to catch some rays and watch the surfers! Surfing competitions are held here regularly. Locals take tourists for rides in their carts and take souvenirs. An excellent way to spend the day, with a fun fair not far away and local cafes tantalising your tastebuds with local and international cuisine, North Beach is a fantastic day out.
