Aside from being one of the most beautiful wine farms I've ever been to, Waterford should be a model for how to enjoy a wine tasting. Unlike most other wine farms, there's no jostling for a spot at a dark bar. At Waterford, you're seated at a table in their courtyard, and wines are brought to you. You're able to enjoy the taste, the ambiance, and the company.
What is really fantastic, though, is the wine & chocolate pairing. I'm not really a fan of chai, but, it's amazing how good chai-chocolate is with a good shairaz!
