Description

Strand Municipal Pools is situated on the beach next door to the Strand Pavilion Shopping and Restaurant Complex in Strand. The complex has an Olympic-size pool for adults (and older children) and a toddler's pool for the little ones. All ages are catered for in this public pool complex, so it is ideal for a family and swimmers of all abilities. Both pools are heated all year round and swimming caps are compulsory.

The heater is ALWAYS broken

I like that it's the only public pool in the vicinity and that its on the beach front. I dislike that the payments are not more flexible for a monthly membership and that the heater is always broken. The pool also needs to be fixed - holes in the tiles etc.

I go there alot

I like the place in the way that... eh... dunno. I dislike the fact that it's extremely dirty and there's only one pool. The toilets usually smell like chemicals, but at least it's neat. The heater for the pool is currently broken...
