Went to a restaurant called the Food something or other. Had positively the worst banana and caramel "crepe" I have ever eaten. It was about four times thicker than it should be and had a scaping of caramel that I had to unroll it to find and big chunks of banana which was about all that was edible. When I gently told the waiter that,even though he did not make it, this was truly awful. He just gave me a blank look and didn't even reply. Won't go there again.' Then my experience was a bit redeemed at Woolworths where the manager saw me looking for something and came over and offered to help. Then I saw him and what looked like an assistant manager helping as packers at the tills. Truly leading by example. Well done.
