Eugene Kramer has run African Souvenirs, the larger of two branches, since 1980, and offers friendly and personal service. Overlooking Greenmarket Square, this vast store stocks fascinating African curios from all over the continent. The owner himself travels the length and breadth of the continent, risking life and limb to source quality artifacts just for you. Packaging and crating is free and items can be sent anywhere in the world. Highly recommended.

Wish they had a website!

We love the brown ceramic dishes with silver studs in each of 4 corners. Also, silver bracelet with toggle, would be happy to have that in gold as well. Everyone was very friendly, helpful. All items arrived without a single problem. We are going back to SA, but it won't include Capetown. Too bad, would love to show a bit more there. There are all kinds of very attractive items. Not the usual "tourist stuff". Everything is something a bit unusual which you would love to have or give.

A Good Choice when shopping in Cape town

Mr. Kramer was very helpful and the variety and quality of his merchandise was beyond anything I had seen on my tour of the shops at the waterfront. I purchased many items for shipment to Florida and everything arrived as scheduled in good order.
