Description
Built in the early 1900s, this museum was formerly the residence of Prince Mohammad Ali, the uncle of King Farouk. While it doesn't draw big crowds, it is certainly worth a visit. The most interesting is the macabre Hunting Museum, which features hundreds of mounted ibex heads, ineptly stuffed fowl, a hermaphrodite goat and a grotesque necklace made of the heads of tiny birds.
