Cairo's premiere vegetarian restaurant is a simple but stylish venue known for its delicious food and attractive presentation. Whitewashed walls, pottery and dim lighting create a pleasant laid-back setting, but the table arrangement does not allow for too much intimacy. Still, this is a great restaurant to take a date, or even business clients who may be in town for just a few days. The waiters are courteous, but sometimes aloof.
