Chili's, Cairo

I've heard great things! I can't wait to go. Maybe its the thought of the pyramids or of Chili's itself, but I'm so excited.

We recently visited your Chillis loction in Canton Michign, and what a horendous experience. The hostesses are very immature, more interested in flirting with waitstaff then greeting guests. The server was slow, had a horrible demeanor, and looked like he hs not showered in weeks. The chicken I ordered cme out raw in the middle, I only found this out after eating a portion of it. To top it all off, Beverly, the so called, top manager, only offered to bring a new dish, completely unconcerned for my health. I would noe wish a trip to this restaurant on my worst enemy.

We went to Chilis (Manchester, CT) last night for supper. We had not been there in almost 2 years and were in the mood for an 'awesome blossom'. Well imagine our surprise to learn it was taken OFF THE MENU. WHAT?! Okay fine, we ordered the nachos instead, which were good. However, when our entrees arrived they were luke warm at best. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta. The chicken was good but the pasta was overcooked...and the 'alfredo sauce'...disgustingly bad. Clearly right out of a pre-made factory jar of sauce. Horrible, bland and insulting to the word alfredo. My boyfriend’s fish sandwich arrived haphazardly arranged on a smushed sesame seed bun, with a side of 'tarter sauce' that was not so cautiously put in the dipping cup (spilled over the sides sloppily and presented to him in that manner). The restaurant smelled. Yes, SMELLED. It was as if the wiping down of the tables/booths and floors were done with DIRTY, smelly rags/mops. In addition, there was just an overall dirty 'feel' to the place…and the bathroom was especially guilty in this respect. It was as though I'd be horrified by what I might find if I ventured into the assembly line kitchen. And therein lies the problem. When chilis first came out there seemed to be more pride in its food and appearance. But it is apparent that pride has been lost. The food is glaringly unfresh and mass produced and the menu has clearly been redesigned to support assembly vs. actual cooking. Overall, very, very disappointing indeed. What happened Chilis?

I usually enjoy going to Chili's, at least the Carson and Lakewood, CA location have always been decent. I wouldn't expect such bad service from the West Wood location, especially considering it was a slow Sunday afternoon. It took way over 10minutes for our waiter to even come and acknowledge us, let along get some drinks. We finally get our appetizers, and no plates. He didn't even ask If we were ok or needed anything, he just walked away making us wait another 10minutes for plates and napkins. By far the worst experience ever.

Used to enjoy the lettuce wraps and ambience weekly. Gone downhill in the last 6 months, BTW no more lettuce wraps. Regarding ambience, like a Ghost town. Value? What a joke, spent $35 for a beer, shot, salad and appetizer. Now they are like a TGIF (and we all know how bad they are)...Will never go back!!!!!

I had one good take out experience, so I went back. I guess the first time was a fluke. I called ahead, but the take out clerk was too eager to get back to the back room gab fest to put in my order before I got there. Then my order was done and it just sat around until it got cold. 1/2 hour after arriving at the time I was told, I got my order only to get back home and find it totally cold 5 minutes later. The workers were clueless, the manager was clueless. Nobody would fess up to knowing anything. Well, as I told the manager, at least I'll NEVER have to worry about any Chili's poor service ever again.

The food and selection is great! It's a little noisy but you forget about that as soon as your chips and salsa are on the table. (you have to ask for them) The chips are the best I've ever had and the salsa is good too! There meals are very good. Big selection. My Dad loves the loaded mashed potatos . Don't miss this experience!

nothing i dislike in this rest .. its all perfect . i want to visit it twice in a month .. because i didnt see a great restaurant like chili's
