Cafe de La Paz, Lima

A warm and inviting atmosphere pervades here, reminiscent of those Parisian cafes of the early 1900s where intellectuals would rendezvous. An ideal spot to share relaxed conversation accompanied by music, which gently plays in the background. Its sidewalk tables face the lively Kennedy Park, in the area of Miraflores. Items on the menu include sandwiches, French fare such as crepes, local food and special dishes such as lomo a la Paz (sirloin Peace-style). Beverages also carry imaginative names, such as Buena Esperanza (Good Hope) and Cielo Sereno (Heaven Serene). Coffees spiked with spirits are also served.
