O'Higgins Park (Parque O'Higgins) is Santiago's second largest public park and is a good place for an enjoyable day out. Chileans frequent the park especially on national holidays and throughout the year, people can visit Fantasilandia, the biggest amusement park in the country, the gardens within the park, the public pool, skate parts, soccer field, roller skating area, tennis courts and manmade lake. The Movistar Arena, within the park, hosts big musical and other events.
