This interesting museum is found on the second floor of the Main Post Office, and offers an attractive collection of stamps detailing the evolution of Chile's postal system. There are some original and colourful designs on display, especially the so-called ecological stamps, designed to preserve and promote the country's varied and fragile flora and fauna. One can also see a good selection of stamps reflecting the history of Chile. The museum is open all year except for public holidays, and entrance is free.
