An elegant and sumptuous restaurant located in Santiago's Hyatt Hotel, it is designed in wood and natural materials, and situated in the beautiful hotel gardens overlooking the swimming pool. In the evenings guests can enjoy traditional delicious Thai food while sitting outside in the serene surroundings. Here the food is 'on display': the guest chooses what s/he wants to eat and how it should be cooked. Go for the Thai food cooked in a wok or the continental version, cooked on an open grill or in a frying pan. There is a salad bar and likewise a desserts buffet with something for everyone. There is a set menu at lunchtime from Monday to Friday for $12.900. There is also a great large wine list, although the prices are somewhat high.
