Madroñal (El), Vitacura

Without a doubt, El Madronal is one of the best Spanish restaurants to be found in Chile. The tables are large and there is natural light from the windows. There is a lovely private bar with comfortable sofas where diners can enjoy aperitifs before being seated. The walls are ochre, as are the tablecloths, adding a feeling of warmth that invites one to relax and enjoy the occasion. As a starter, the house recommends the Pimientos Rellenos (stuffed peppers) or the Ensalada de Marinados con Palta. As a main course, try the Congrio Mediterraneo or the Lomo Grill a la Robespierre.
