Since 1981, this intimate restaurant has been known for natural and healthy vegetarian food. Owners Jose Fliman and Nicole Mintz have made sure that the decoration is natural too: all plain wood, fruits and flowers. There is a private room for 12 people that is very much in demand for lunches. In the evening, the atmosphere is relaxed, with occasional live music. Dishes consist of vegetables, cereals, wholemeal rice and fresh fruit. The menu, which includes many salads, changes every week. Its Sicilian and Greek salads are particularly good. Wine is available, as are drinks like pisco sours.
