Description
Visible in the distance from the top of the Corcovado and the whole Parque do Flamengo , it was the longest bridge of its type in the world when it was finished in 1974. If you have a car, this 15.5 km snake will take you on a day trip to the city of Niterói. Sixty meters high and 26.6 meters wide, this six-lane bridge seems to go on forever. There is a toll booth at the end of the journey.
