Lojas Americanas, Rio de Janeiro

Lojas Americanas is a chain of department stores spread across the country. More than 30 years old, they sell virtually everything, usually less expensive than anywhere else. Like the name says, it is very much like the American Walmart. Amongst the many sections, there is underwear, chocolates, picture frames, food, toys, kitchen utensils and, more recently, CDs. The store is well organized and pleasant.
