For those who crave a juicy steak, grilled to perfection, this is a typical Brazilian, good quality churrascaria, which translates as the perfect place if you are a meat lover. With an exquisite and interesting decor, the restaurant overlooks the Leme Beach and offers more than 30 different grilled meat dishes. For those not too keen on having meat only, there is a superb salad bar with colorful, tasty vegetable combinations as well as a great selection of fish. Right next door is Marius Crustáceos, a seafood palace.
i didnt like this place because it was the worst steak i have ever eaten!!!!! it was not juicy like they said it was gunna be.... unfortunatly for them i am a health inspecter and i did not like what i saw so they recieve a bad review and they will most likely be closed!!!!!
They provide you with a special menu - 720 $R for two people. Drink excluded, that means youend up paying 1000. The fact is that the venue is just average. You end up paying like you were in NOBU but without the whole experience of being in a really amazing restaurant. It´s just outrageously expensive. It´s just tricky. Avoid this place!!!!
Lovely atmosphere - food great BUT we asked for our drinks bill - we had paid for food - we were then offered a brandy (the inference being it was complimentary), we asked again for the bill and found the Brandys were 26 per glass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The decor was great, the greeters at the door were friendly and the food was out of this world! What more could you want from a restaurant?! They did a huge range of food, anyone could find something they liked. I'd love to return one day!
A cab driver convinced us to go here instead of Porcow, likely due to a kickback. This was the worst restaurant I've ever been to and grossly over priced. The food was mediocre at best, the seafood looked and smelled horribly stale. Largest bill I had the entire trip for such a disappointing trap.
And they had the decency to steal my credit card number (only place I used that card because they didn't take AmEx).
Not sure if there is a Barbacoa in Rio, but the one in Sao Paulo was by far the best restaurant in Brazil.
I have been to MANY Churrascarias and this is by far the best. They have an excellent salad bar as well as the usual meats. They also have excellent sea food, which is not common for all churrascarias. You will especially enjoy the patio!
This small and cosy restaurant is an example of how savoury and interesting serious American food can be. All dishes
are prepared from authentic Creole and Cajun recipes from Louisiana (New Orleans). They are a mix of African, French ...
A traditional bar established in 1934 near the Rodrigo de Freitas lake, one of the best places in Rio to
watch the sunset. Built and decorated in traditional art deco style, with tables inside and outside, it is packed ...
Tempt yourself at this trendy food center that is also a delicatessen, a wine cellar, a cookbook shop and a
kitchen wares mart. Food is a mix of American, European and Japanese styles. The menu changes often, and the ...
