Hard Rock Cafe, LANúS

We came from California and Boston with our family. The place was three quarters empty and they gave us an ugly table, looking at the kitchen. We asked several times to have a different table and they would not do so. The reason? Because they are expecting to have a full house!!! .. and they will loose two seats if they give us a different table. When we were leaving I asked to talk to the manager. A young man came and laugh at our complain saying they are laughing because they are there "to have fun". We just left. I thought they are there to serve their clients and to make sure the clients are happy and that they have a good time in the cafe not the servers or the managers!!!!

Food was excellent, and the crowd was a perfect distribution of tourists worldwide.
