This pizza place is probably the best pizza that Argentina offers. When I say that, I want you to realize that Argentine pizza is different than the states. Whereas the states serves up dishes of all sorts, Argentine pizza is typically similar all over. A medium crust with minimal toppings. The cheese is mozzerella, usually alone. The sauce can be skimpy; and without the zip the states serves up. That being said, Los Inmortales serves it up best. I do not like Argentine pizza; but I'm a New York style man myself, greasy and zippy. However, those of you who like a more natural pizza with natural ingredients (cheese made from milk and not oil), you will love this pizza; that is why I gave it the high rating. It's the kind of thing where it is cooked great, it's just I don't like it; somebody else will though. That could be you. Give it a try. Los Inmortales is your best shot.
