You cant complain about the mythai customer service, because there wasnt any. Disgraceful.
Satureday 2 Decmber 2006, We were a group of 31 (not 32) which we got charged for and yes Mythai, your staff wouldnt relent and charged me for 32 people.
Why restaurant owners spend huge amounts of money on advertising, only to have it washed down the drain by staff who provide really shoddy customer service, I dont know. Waste of money adverising.
Food was OK, but took hours to arrive, and one would think you might get rice first to go with your other dishes, not last after the dishes had been finished.
The furnishing is dated back in the 60s (formica tables, come on).
Sorry Mythai you have lost another 31 customers, we will spread the word
The service was so bad while we were there, two groups stormed out, one customer hunted down the owner (who was at home) and dragged him in so he could properly complain, and the kitchen/wait staff started loudly arguing with each other over who was to blame. In front of all the customers, of course. Or at least those who chose to stay after sitting for an hour without having their order taken or delivered. Ugh.
