Chamberlain Park Public Golf Course, Auckland

I played Chamberlain public golf course for many years, and became very fond of it. It is an 18 hole course, a little short lengthwise, but still offers a reasonable to good challenge for the average to better player, the 14th a short par three over a gully with water and trees being my favourite, shot placement is more important than length on many of the holes, so is ideal for the not so long off the tee player. It is right in the middle of Auckland making it easy to get to from just about anywhere, and rarely closes due to wet weather. Reasonable prices and good facilities make it a must for any casual visitor looking for a round of golf.
