Planet Sub, Warrensburg

This place is awful. I understand being busy but this was just rude. First, I called and was put on hold. Ten minutes later, after still not being helped, I decided to hang up and call back (maybe I was forgotten, no big deal). When I called back some woman answered the phone, told me my phone was cutting out (tried it multiple times with friends, it was not my phone) all the while I could barely hear because of the blaring music in the background. So she decided to hang up on me. When I called back I was, again, immediately put on hold. After another few minutes, I decided to call back and ask for a manager. She claimed she was the manager (quite rudely) and told me basically that it was my fault because she "could barely hear (me)". Needless to say, I did not get any food from Planet Sub. P.S. It's always been fine when I went in. Just this time I decided to order, bad idea I guess.

Much better than Subway. It's about a dollar more per sandwich than Subway, but well worth it! They have a lot of specialty subs that are awesome, and they are willing to create whatever you like if it's not on the standard menu.
