The tour I booked cancelled that day. No one informed me, I was simply told to go to gate 5. I ended up on the wrong tour. if that isnt bad enough the tour guide left on a boat with half the people from our group. The other half including myself was left on the side of a river with no transportation in a country we have never been. When trying to get a refund- It took 5 emails before i ever got a response and it has now been 8 weeks since my trip and still no refund. I have been hung up on by customer service at premier when trying to get a manager. No one their seems to care about the seriousness of what happened to me. Including two very elderly people who were on the tour and very confused about why we were left behind. If you wonder for a second, might this happen to me if I book a tour with them? I would say "do not take the chance". Book with another company. The mistake is one thing, but the horrible customer service afterward, when all I want is a refund for a product I did not receive, has been worse. Anything company has to be better than this.

Windsor -- Run because you do not have time to see it all at a leisurely pace. The train you'll need to take back to London is pointed out on the way to the castle in the event you're late getting back to the bus (allow plenty of time to find your way back).Take the train there and enjoy a half day on your own. Stonehenge -- 50 minutes total time there. It's out in nowhere land, so don't be late for the bus! Difficult to do on your own unless you have a car. Bath -- you will not spend the afternoon there, and will only time to see the Roman baths and use the washroom. No stops on the 3 hour drive back to London! Take the train and spend the day on your own. If they pick you up at your hotel (don't count on it) your day starts at 7:15 AM and ends about 8:30 PM. At least 9 hours is spent on the bus and waiting. They have not responded to either a FAX or a mailed letter of complaint.

We wish to express our dissatisfaction with the trip we booked to Paris with Premium Tours. As a product advertised as luxury escorted Paris day trip we feel that what we've expected was not at all met and taking into consideration the cost involved in booking this trip and securing our visas we feel we have not received much value from this booking. After considering various packages from various tour operators we decided to use your services which were most expensive due to the unique description of luxury trip and champagne lunch on the Eiffel tower, entry to Le Louve & views of Notre Dame. Paying a premium charge for a luxury trip resulted to hardly seeing anything of Paris. We gave it some severe thought on our experience on this day trip and feel that should we have known this would have happened we would have rather considered booking through another booking agent. Furthermore taking into consideration that this trip was recommended by family members who went on a similar trip through another booking agent they were also shocked with the fact that what they experienced on their trip by far exceed what we experienced and proved to be pointless paying all this money and not have seen the key attractions and land marks of this amazing city and not even being close to the phenomenal Notre Dame or even the Moulin Rouge very well known in tourism. It regrets me to have to send this review but but it could have been so much different if Premium Tours would have provided value in their trips itineraries, provide knowledgeable and more experienced guides, as well as consider instead of cost saving standard entrance passes that any member of the public can obtain rather consider the fact that we have paid for luxury and fully escorted tours and to stand in lengthy cues for sightseeing passes are not at all my impression of luxury and instead expected to have been placed on more exclusive facilities not offered to all. Valuable time could have been saved if the guide took matters into her hands and look for the group or stress the urgency of being on time due to time constraints would have made such a difference. In return we wasted valuable time in insignificant surroundings likes the train station and onboard the bus waiting for people which any other guided tour would have taken the group as a whole into consideration and not just an individual wasting everyone’s time. The group in general had to pay the price of inexperience of the guide and inconsiderate members although we were prompt and on time at all times. I would not recommend this service to anyone. We reported this matter to Premium Tours on 24 May 2010 and to date not received any response from them.

We booked a tour to stonehedge for Saturday afternoon. We called them 2 times on Saturday to make sure where we got picked up and when we would return. Then we were there 4 hours early to make sure where the place was and how long it would take us to get there. Then we when the bus came the girl said we were booked on Friday and were a no show. She told us that we would get a refund. When I called the company they said that it was not their fault and that they would not refund us. They didn't care that they had totally ruined our day and vacation. I see now online that we are not the only ones this has happened too. I wish I had know before.
