The new hot spot on Dublin's music scene is The O2. Managed by Live Nation, this venue opened in December 2008 and has already played host to huge acts like Counting Crows, Kings of Leon and Beyonce. Built on the same location as the former Point Theatre, The O2 addresses the lack of space that the former venue often struggled with. Now, Dublin residents can rock to power-packed performances by the world's top musicians.
