Latitude 33 Bookshop, Laguna Beach

Latitude 33 has much in common with Kathleen Kelly's little bookshop in the movie You've Got Mail. But the location makes all the difference. Not only is Latitude 33 just one block from the bustling Main Beach, but, more importantly, Laguna Beach is not franchise-friendly. This has certainly supported Latitude 33's business since 1993. Despite its petite size, the bookshop carries 15,000 titles. And all have been read by the staff. Some shelves even have staff notes by each title. In addition, the bookshop takes special orders of out-of-print or author-signed books, and hosts various author events throughout the year.
