Balmoral Beach, Sydney

Loved this place. Visited it on my last day and it was favourite beach. So glad we were able to find the time to se it. Beautiful beaches, lovely cafes and restaurants and just the whole atmosphere of the place was wonderful.

My son and his family live just up the road from Balmoral Beach. I love everything about it. I go there every time I visit even in winter just to walk along the beach is lovely.

Been to Balmoral and stayed in Mosman many times. The best area in Sydney the beach is safe, spotless and sophisticated and the village of Mosman is so smart and has loads of great eating places, particulary love the Buena Vista as hard to find a traditional pub in the Sydney area. This is one of the best. So different but equally as nice as Bondi and Manly. Oh that I could afford to live my life there.

Balmoral Beach is a great harbour beach to visit with great cafes, a reasonably smooth boulevard for rollerblading (including a skatepark next to the oval) and a very nice beachfront of course!

Its an amazingly quiet and romantic place.. Been there a lot.. and would go there again many more times.. Been there late at nights most of the time and the atmosphere is just perfect for me.. Never have been impressed so much by 1 single place..

beautifully serene,a gem withit`s placid clear waters,wether sailing, snorkling or just putting the swimming laps in.A safe beach ideal for the `tan top up`. I first laid eyes on balmoral forty years ago,fell in love with the place then.Had laid back milk bars,quaint cottages, a quietness of a back water,in short Paradise! The developers have arrived,the quaint cottages have evolved into concrete palaces,the `chic` restaurants charge an arm and most of a leg.It is still a beautiful serene gem of a beach thats maybe become a victim of it`s own uniqueness.Brian

loved it, my daughter and family emigrated there in november,near the beach, I rented apartment overlooking beach. accomodation expensive but the whole area is fantastic. great place to swim no huge waves.convenient for shops restuarants etc.,

I was lucky to marry an australian guy and chose Balmoral for both wedding and reception. The ceramony on the Rotunda with the beautiful views of the beach and then on to the Bathers Pavillion for a magnicent reception - overlooking the beach from their roof top terrace. The most stunning place to be married and each 2nd year we travel back from the UK to Balmoral to soak up the memories...

oooooooooo i like the pretty colours!!!!!! i i i i i like the sand castles!!! i like the pweety ocean but is cold. i like school at baloral beach and and and i like the..... FISHY!!!!!!!!! pretty colours on fishy and i love u.

I thought everything was nice there but I was struggling for parking there. It took me 1 hour to find a spot and when I got there the place wasnt that fun.If you decide to go there just remember to get there early!
