South Head and Watsons Bay Walk
South Head and Watsons Bay Walk is an easy trail, with some steps, that takes about two hours. Explore the spectacular views of the Gap by walking to the top of Military Road and following the walkway. South Head can be reached by walking up Cliff Street and then following the track round Camp Cove and on. Along the walk are historic and military sites, nautical history and historic buildings as well as breathtaking views and unique plant species such as the colorful sundew.

If you got time dont miss out on a ferry to Watson Bay. Both the view towards Sydney and on the other site the ocean are great.
Watson Bay is a very small town, a good cafe on the "harbour" and quit atmosphere (maybe a bit to quite).
The walk to the lighthouse is a bit difficult, but you should take the time - again great views!
