Description
BOPE or the Special Operations Battalion has received it's first ever homage for the successful operations in the "favelas" or slums throughout Rio de Janeiro. Located in area of Leblon, this statue pays tribute to all of the drug lords killed in Rocinha and the deaths of fallen soldiers in Rio.
