Emeril's New Orleans, New Orleans

My husband made reservations at Emeril's for our first anniversary. We arrived a little early and we sat at the bar for a glass of wine. Just about the time we were served our table was ready (early). Our waiter Demetrius was very knowledgeable and helpful when we were ordering. The entire staff was courteous even when they made a mistake and gave us the wrong appetizer. We did get the appetizer we ordered as well. Our entree was Drum fish and it was cooked to perfection. Emeril would be proud. The dessert menu was excellent,it had many choices for anyone. Overall it was a very memorable experience and we will go back again.
