The picturesque Avalon Beach, nestled between two imposing headlands, is a favorite spot among locals and tourists. A large saltwater swimming pool located at the south end of the beach provides a protected alternative for swimmers and small children who enjoy the calm waters to the crashing waves. The main beach is always patrolled by lifeguards and is widely known as a great spot to enjoy the surf.
