Montjuïc Telecommunications Tower also referred to as Torre Telefónica or Torre Calatrava is one of the famous telecommunication towers in Barcelona. Built before the 1992 Summer Olympics Games in Barcelona, its primary purpose was the transmission of the Olympic coverage. This Santiago Calatrava designed creation also acts as a impractical sundial. Come to Olympic Park if you would love to take a look at this 136 meter high tower.
