Perisher Blue Ski Resort
Description
Incorporating the resorts of Smiggins Hole, Blue Cow, Guthega and Perisher, this area offers 1,250 hectares of skiing, with 50 lifts across seven mountain peaks. Perisher hosts a variety of competitions and international events, such as the Xtreme Games and The Wild Winter Weekend. It has a rather American feel to it, and is also popular for summer bush walking. Cost: Day Pass: Adults AUD75; children AUD41. Five Day Pass: Adults AUD315; children AUD183. Chairlift ride (on foot): Adults AUD18; children AUD11. Night skiing: (Tue/Sat 6.30pm-10pm) Adults AUD15; children AUD10.
